Lauren joined the team in 2013 and specializes in compliance, operations, and administration to enhance the smooth functioning of the firm. Since entering the financial services industry in 2008, she has been driven to provide impeccable client service, organize complex projects, and delve into compliance. Lauren is motivated by projects requiring a compassionate approach, particularly when assisting families organize financial logistics during challenging times. Serving others gives her a sense of purpose.
Born and raised in Reston, Virginia, she now resides in Sterling with her husband, Steven, and their dogs, Cooper and Dyno. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys weightlifting and cooking.
